When I asked the gentleman at the front desk, he said he didn't know why it isn't offered, but that it isn't offered in all their locations. I did enjoy My stay, but was disappointed that there wasn't continental breakfast offered for the price we paid. So either it isn't being cleaned properly or something. I said it's the bleach, to which they responded, but other pools water doesn't taste like this. The pool water had a nasty taste, is what my kids said, I told them close your mouth when going under. My children went in the pool, they somehow came out of the pool with cuts on their hands and feet. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome, also the gentleman who took towels to us, as there were none in the pool area. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again. They have both disposable and traditional plates, cups utensils at breakfast. I was hungry all morning due to lake of protein. Breakfast had ZERO proteins available which is a miss. I would have liked a shower cap but they did provide make up remover. They have gel and shampoo on the shower walls as pumps. We had rooms 419 & 417 nothing to really see out of either side of the hotel (odds or evens). First stay in this brand as a Diamond member. The rooms Are large with an excellent modern kitchen. Maybe there are more hotel entrances that I didn’t see. Weird fireplace and couches outside of the side of the hotel.

I was awakened by the master repairing the extended wall at 6 o'clock in the morning the first night, which surprised me. The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice. The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City. Phoenix | 0.13km from Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii New, big, business. The best part was he got me into the pool party at the W HOTEL!!! Frank went beyond and above to make sure my time in ARIZONA was memorable and it ABSOLUTELY WAS!!! THANK YOU FRANK!!! The whole entire time I was there he checked on me and made sure I was doing okay and was making very good interactions with others during my stay. When I came back down he had my entire 5 days mapped out and planned for me. He immediately got on his phone and made some calls and asked me to get settled and come back down. I explained to FRANK that I was from SF area and I was by myself here and needed some cool things to do.
It was like we met before in another life, we were already joking and laughing with one another just after secs on meeting. He greeted me with an amazing smile, and very good high energy.

Soon as I arrived to my hotel I was greeted by this amazing gentlemen name FRANK MAGUIRE who works for the valet, I arrived in a Lyft and he immediately opened my door and grab my luggages out of the trunk of the lyft’s car before the driver could.
